SIM Swap

The DevEdge Device Status API allows developers to request real time status of devices, including network type, connectivity status, and roaming status.

To get started, you need:

  1. An active DevEdge account

    Create a DevEdge account if you haven’t already done so.

  2. An active SIM Swap API subscription

    Subscribe here if you don’t have an active subscription.

  3. A registered application

    See the documentation for more information.

  4. Your API Keys

    Get your API keys from the DevEdge dashboard. Instructions here.

Getting Started

Using SIM Swap API

The SIM Swap API allows you to execute a query via T-Mobile's network to check SIM swap events for mobile lines. You can use a retrieve SIM swap date endpoint to get a timestamp of the last SIM swap event for the mobile user account, while you can use a check endpoint for an account and a given time period to check if a SIM swap event occurred within the specified time period.
